From Sacramento, CA by way of The Bronx, New York. Received both a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Sacramento and a Masters in Management from Oakland's Mills College. For fun, obsessively watches true crime shows on the ID channel and loves to read sci-fi fantasy books.

Michelle graduated from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa before moving to Sacramento to begin her career in art education!  Michelle brings her experience as a freelance graphic designer, artist, instructor, and project manager to her role at Square Root Academy.
